I’M KRISTIAN HILL

On paper I’m a level 3 certified Personal Trainer.

But if you’d like to actually know who I am…

I grew up as a bit of a grey man.

Quiet, reserved and not particularly good at any one thing, but I always aspired to people leading from the front.

Funny story, I actually got a 3 for P.E. at school

At 17 I joined the RAF (without knowing what the job was), as it turned out I became an Aerospace Systems Operator.

Which if you explained to me at the time what the role involved, I probably wouldn’t of joined.

Anyway, the military shaped me and arguably made me who I am, I certainly wouldn’t be doing what I am doing today without it.

I made great friends, had great experiences, got to do things that not many people can say they’ve done and spent a lot of time overseas working with differently nationalities.

After leaving I became a personal trainer in early 2017, in a similar theme...

I didn't really fully understand what it entailed to be a 'PT', apart from being somebody's gym bud and that you could earn £30 an hour lol.

But very quickly after discovering personal development, mindset and how fitness could raise your standard in every element of a clients life...

It was like someone lit a fire that I didn’t know was there, a bit of a journey of self discovery.

As they say, ‘ignorance is bliss’, and I was never aware of 'self development'.

From there it’s been a roller coaster.

I’ve impacted 100’s of life’s, built a thriving PT business, launched a Podcast, built a team, gave numerous talks to large audiences, hold a physique year round to be proud of and have ticked off challenges that I always dreamed of doing.

In short...

I now run a coaching company that helps people essentially go through a bit of journey like I have.

Helping people who know they’re capable of more but aren’t quite clear on how to get to that next level on their own.

We empower those who reject average achieve extraordinary success,

By giving them the tools athletically, aesthetically and mentally.

I’ve impacted 1000’s of life’s, built a successful face to face business, launched a Podcast with listeners from all over the globe, gave numerous talks to large company’s and I’m now a online coach who helps people essentially go through a bit of self discovery like I have.

I now help ambitious people who aren’t happy settling for mediocracy, who want to show up better than ever personally and professionally.

People who know they’re capable of more but aren’t quite clear on how to get to that next level on their own.By building a stronger body, sharper mind and lead a more fulfilled life.

I’m a strong believer that transformation happens from the neck up, a lot of the work I do is centred around developing someone’s mindset, just like I did myself.
